PestBreeze is a matching service that connects South Florida homeowners with independent local pest control providers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use PestBreeze.com or call us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By submitting a service request, you agree to the practices described here and in the consent language shown with the request form.

King Bull Ventures LLC is the business that operates PestBreeze and this website, and it is the operator and data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information We Collect

When you submit a service request, we collect the information you enter in the form: your full name, phone number, email address if you provide one, ZIP code or city, the service you need, how urgent the request is, your description of the problem, and any photo you choose to upload. If you call us at 786-741-7667, we collect the same kinds of details during the call so your request can be matched.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site, described in the Cookies and Analytics section below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information in your request for one main purpose: matching you with independent local pest control providers and sharing your request with them so they can contact you about the service you asked for. We also use your information to operate and secure the site, respond to your questions, keep records of consent, prevent spam and fraud, and — only if you separately opt in — send you occasional pest prevention tips and offers from PestBreeze.

How Your Request Is Shared With Providers

Sharing your request with providers is the service you are asking for when you submit the form. Your request may be shared with one or more independent local pest control providers who serve your area and offer the service you requested. Those providers may contact you by phone call, text message, or email to discuss your request, provide quotes, and schedule service.

Providers who receive requests through PestBreeze are independent businesses, not PestBreeze employees or agents. Once a provider has your request, their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy practices. We share only the information in your request — we do not give providers access to information from other customers or other requests.

Consent Records

When you submit a request, we store a record of your consent together with your request. That record includes the exact version of the consent text shown to you at the time, the date and time of your submission, and the page the form was submitted from. We keep this record so we can demonstrate what you agreed to, honor opt-out requests, and resolve any questions about a request.

Marketing Messages Are a Separate Choice

The request form includes an optional, separate checkbox for marketing messages, along the lines of "Also send me occasional pest prevention tips and offers from PestBreeze." That checkbox is unchecked by default, it is never required to receive service, and your answer is stored as its own separate yes or no. Agreeing to be contacted about your service request is not agreement to marketing, and we do not treat it as such. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

Text Messages and Your Consent

By submitting a request, you agree that PestBreeze and the independent providers your request is shared with may contact you about that request by phone, text message, or email, using the number you provided. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Text contact about your request is part of the service you requested; it is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a text. Replying STOP stops texts about your request from the sender you reply to; if more than one provider has your request, you may need to opt out with each sender, or contact us at 786-741-7667 and we will help.

Text Messages (SMS)

When a customer calls our published number, 786-741-7667, King Bull Ventures LLC sends text-message alerts about that call to our own business phone. These call alerts are internal business notifications for the operator of PestBreeze — they tell our team that a call came in and what kind of service it was about — and they are not marketing messages sent to customers.

Service providers who enroll as PestBreeze partners and expressly consent at enrollment receive text notifications from us about customer requests matched to them, including the details of the request, so they can respond to it. Message frequency varies with request volume. Message and data rates may apply. An enrolled provider can reply STOP at any time to opt out of these lead-notification texts, or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, along with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — which pages are visited, where visitors arrive from, and whether forms are started and completed. We also record events such as taps on phone-number links and form submissions so we can measure and improve the service. Analytics data is aggregated; we do not receive information identifying which search terms an individual visitor used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features but will not prevent you from calling us.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or marketers. The only sharing of your request information is the sharing described in this policy: with independent local providers, for the purpose of responding to the service request you submitted, plus the service providers who help us operate the site (such as hosting, database, analytics, and messaging providers) under obligations to use the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep request records, including consent records, for as long as reasonably needed to operate the matching service, demonstrate consent, handle disputes or questions about a request, and meet legal and business record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so subject to the retention needs described here and in the Your Rights section.

Your Rights: Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is wrong, or ask us to delete your information. We may need to verify that the request is yours — for example, by confirming the phone number used in your submission — before acting on it. Some records, such as the consent record tied to a request, may need to be retained for a period to demonstrate what was agreed and to comply with legal obligations; if that limits a deletion request, we will explain what must be kept and why.

Security

We protect form submissions in transit using encrypted connections, store request data in access-controlled systems, and limit access to the people and service providers who need it to run the service. Photo uploads are stored in private storage rather than public folders. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle.

Children's Privacy

PestBreeze is a home-services matching service intended for adults arranging service for their homes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at 786-741-7667 or leads@pestbreeze.com and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy and Contact

If we change this policy in a way that affects how requests are shared, we will update this page and the version of the consent text used on the form, so the consent you give always matches the policy in effect at the time.
